News Release— FREE Natural Health classes- Prevention and Maintenance of Diabetes

The Free Natural Health class series in Sheboygan is pleased to announce that Dr. Matt Stephens of Dirker Chiropractic will be our special guest speaker on Monday, October 14 at 7 p.m.  His topic “Prevention and Maintenance of Diabetes with Information, Exercise, Diet and Supplements” will be of interest to anyone who is currently looking for accurate information about this epidemic disease.

Dr. Stephens grew up in Southeastern WI, and now resides in Sheboygan with his wife and newborn son. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2010 and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Biochemistry.

He practices a whole patient approach to care by seeking out and uncovering the root cause of each individual patient’s problems with a thorough examination, followed by differentiated treatments for a variety of injuries and illnesses. His office is located at Dirker Chiropractic  909 S. Taylor Drive in Sheboygan.

Free Natural Health classes are offered each Monday night throughout the school year from 7-9 p.m. at the NorthShore Gathering in the old ‘Gotta Golf’ building in Sheboygan just west of Memorial Mall and the Driver’s License Examining station. Each week features either a guest speaker or an informative natural health video followed by a question and answer period.

All classes are free and the public is welcome!   Future Fall classes include: Preventing and Healing Diabetes, How to Read Food Labels, Electromagnetic Frequency Poisoning, Memory Improvement, Baby Boomer Health, Tapping Away Addictions and Depression, and Dealing with Holiday Stress.
